Who We Are
At Go Get It Basketball our desire is to prepare individuals to maximize their potential and develop athletes into effective team players. We focus to equip athletes with self-confidence through skill development, improve offensive and defensive skills, enhance mental preparation, create a toughness, increase physical strength, quickness, foot speed, agility, explosiveness, self awareness and much more.
Our goal is to provide athletes with the knowledge and a fundamental skill base to become better participants in their perspective sports so that they are better prepared to maximize their potential. We strive to create in each athlete the mental attitude and self-confidence needed so success will be an accomplished goal. We believe that setting a goal only requires thought, but reaching a goal requires sacrifice and hard work. A dream is merely a fantasy without discipline.
By developing effective team players who are passionate, hard working, focused and dedicated, anything is possible. Imparting physical and mental skills accompanied with hard work will give athletes the best chance of achieving their goals. We don't want them to just Dream it, but to Become it and Live it. All things are possible to those that believe so, Go Get It!
Go Get It Select
Our desire is not just to throw some players together on a team to play in some tournaments. No!!! Our desire is to develop players so not only can they play with confidence they can grow as team. We are really encouraged by the effort that each of your boys have given us.
Coaches
We are parents just like you and we want the best for our kids as I’m sure you do too. We agreed that if we do this, we’re going to do it right! We’re hoping these boys can grow together for many years, become a team and develop strong friendship from it. Our focus are in two key areas. First, develop the skill of every player involved, so when they step on the court they can play with confidence. Second, our goal is play in at least 1 tournament a month locally to prepare them to move up when we feel they’re ready. It’s important to build confidence as well as chemistry and from that these boys will enjoy this journey.
